Property firm has secured new deals with existing tenants Vision One Research and Zeus Claims Solutions and welcomes a new tenant – recruitment outfit Sensible Staffing. Tony McDonough reports
Downing has secured three lettings at its Flexi-Office at No 1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool’s business district.
Market research company Vision One Research has renewed its agreement on a 924 sq ft unit on the building’s fourth floor, following ongoing growth.
The company has taken on a three-year lease on the unit.
Existing tenant Zeus Claims Solutions, which started off with one unit in the building, has expanded and has now taken on a third unit of 203 sq ft on the second floor of the building – taking its total let space to of 1,100 sq ft.
Downing has also welcomed a new tenant, Sensible Staffing. The company has taken a 203 sq ft unit of the third floor.
Part of Pario Group, it is a specialist recruitment business providing expertise and staffing solutions to a range of employers across the healthcare, pharmaceutical and scientific sectors.
