One Islington Plaza, a £21.4m student accommodation development in Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter

Property investor RW Invest has unveiled images and amazing drone footage as work gets under way on its new £21.4m student accommodation scheme at the heart of Liverpool’s £2bn Knowledge Quarter.

One Islington Plaza will comprise of 317 studio and en-suite clusters, each designed to a high specification.

This development will be located less than 100 metres from the University of Liverpool and next to the new £330m Royal Liverpool Hospital.

It will offer 24/7 security, an exclusive resident’s gym and on site coffee shop managed by local business Crosby Coffee.

One Islington Plaza will also feature a cinema room and a games room; with pool tables, foosball, ping pong and game stations.

The scheme, due to be completed later this year, is being developed by NewRegen will be managed by the student property management company Urban Student Life, which manages 19 student sites in nine cities.
